Ski tours on the Arlberg with ski guide

Guided ski tour on the Arlberg

The Arlberg - the world-famous deep-snow Mecca - has a quiet side to offer. At Touring skis you can explore the impressive mountain world around St. Anton, Stuben, Lech and Zürs on less frequented trails. I will take you to the most panoramic peaks and most beautiful downhill runs in the Arlberg region. Thanks to the lifts, part of the ascent can be shortened before we dive into the mountain solitude.

Experience the winter: Guided ski tour with guide in St. Anton - Stuben - Lech Zürs

At Arlberg there are manifold Ski touring opportunities. In the Lechquellen Mountains, the Lechtal Alps and the Verwall, there are numerous peaks and ascents to choose from. Both ski tour beginners and advanced skiers will get their money's worth here. As Ski guide on the Arlberg I not only keep an eye on the current weather and avalanche situation. My tour planning is always based on the snow conditions so that we get the maximum downhill enjoyment. And of course, the experience of nature comes first when ski touring.

I look forward to your individual request!

From ski touring beginners to experts - at the Arlberg there is something for everyone. Your private ski guide will customise the day to your wishes and previous experience.

The minimum requirement for deep snow skiing is safe, parallel skiing in long radii on black Slopes. You should also have enough stamina for an hour and a half to two hours of ascent and the subsequent descent.

If you want to go on more challenging tours, you should be free from giddiness, be able to master hairpin bends, ideally have experience in using crampons and crampons and have the stamina for a three to four-hour ascent.

I assume that you are familiar with the Emergency equipment (avalanche transceiver, shovel, probe). We can practise together before the tour and brush up on your avalanche emergency skills.
