Spontaneous tour
Follow the best snow!
We all know that the weather and conditions in the Alps are difficult to predict. Planning well in advance is often difficult. Usually, a window of opportunity arises at short notice in which ideal conditions for freeriding or touring prevail. That's why I developed the concept of „Spontantour“ ins Leben gerufen.
How does the spontaneous tour work?
- You register for the tour mail. You must confirm your registration once (you will receive a confirmation email).
- As soon as a suitable time window opens up in which the snow, weather and avalanche conditions are suitable and I have free capacity, I will post a tour
- You will receive the tour announcement with all the information directly in your e-mail inbox
- If you are interested, register for the spontaneous tour & we will discuss everything else

The minimum requirement for off-piste skiing is safe, parallel skiing in long turns on black Slopes. You should also have enough stamina for at least two hours of ascent and the subsequent descent.
If you want to go on more challenging tours, you should be free from giddiness, be able to master hairpin bends, ideally have experience in using crampons and crampons and have the stamina for a three to four-hour ascent.
I assume that you are familiar with the Emergency equipment (avalanche transceiver, shovel, probe). We can practise together before the tour and brush up on your avalanche emergency skills.
